My Witpaw bear isn't responding or is very slow.

1. Check the Wi-Fi; try moving closer to your router.

2. Is it noisy? Move to a quieter spot.

3. Quick Restart: Turn the power OFF and ON again.

4. Ensure the Smart Life app is running and connected to Wi-Fi/hotspot.

I can't connect my Witpaw bear to Wi-Fi.

1. Check password entry.

2. Make sure Wi-Fi. is 2.4G Hz not 5G, and Bluetooth is ON.

3. Keep bear, phone, and router close during setup.

4.If paired with a new phone or Wi-Fi, redo Section II carefully.

Sound is unclear or too quiet.

1. Make sure nothing is blocking the speaker.

2. Ensure AI box (if separate) has power.

Bear says "Ready for network configuration" but doesn't connect.

1.Promptly tap Add Device in the app.

2. Move away from possible interference (other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, etc.).
