We hope you and your family love your EBLOMA AI Interactive Bear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you experience any issues with your bear, please reach out to us at care@ebloma.com — our care team is always happy to help!
For any items purchased via third-party vendors or external websites, please contact them directly regarding their return process.
Because the AI Interactive Bear is an electronic and software-based product, returns and exchanges follow special handling rules to ensure product integrity and user safety.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery must meet one of the criteria below:
Defective or faulty items: The bear arrives damaged, fails to power on, or has a verified technical fault upon first use.
Incorrect item received: The wrong color, version, or model was shipped.
Unopened item: The bear is in its original sealed packaging, unused and unactivated.
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
The product has been opened, activated, paired, or used in any way.
Items returned beyond 30 days after delivery.
Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification.
Sale or promotional items unless defective upon arrival.
Sample units or demo bears are non-refundable.
While we make every effort to provide accurate visuals and descriptions, actual product colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings, ambient lighting, and production variations. These minor differences are not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge that such slight variations are acceptable.
Please follow these four steps to make your return or refund process as smooth as possible:
Step 1:
Email our care team at care@ebloma.com with:
Your order number
Product name (“EBLOMA AI Interactive Bear”)
Reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong color, unopened return)
Step 2:
Our care team will respond within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and our return address.
Step 3:
Ship the item following the RMA instructions. Provide us with your tracking number and return receipt.
Step 4:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email and arrange a refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Refund times:
PayPal refunds: up to 24 hours after processing.
Credit card refunds: usually within 7 days (depending on your bank).
Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for all returns or exchanges. However, if the return is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, we’ll cover the shipping cost once verified with a photo or video.
Please check with your local postal service for the most economical registered shipping method.
Important: Returns must be approved in advance by our care team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
