Order Processing Time

We understand you’re excited to meet your EBLOMA AI Interactive Bear!
For all orders, we strive to get your new companion to you as soon as possible.

  • United States orders: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • International orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-order items may take up to 45 days to ship after purchase.
The estimated shipping time for each pre-order will be clearly stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this lead time.

Wherever you are, your AI Bear will be shipped at no additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 2–5 business days after processing

  • International: 5–10 business days after processing

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, holidays, or severe weather.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if any delay occurs.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Amazon Logistics, and others.
Our system automatically selects the fastest and most reliable carrier for your delivery.

Shipping Origin

EBLOMA operates from multiple fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Mainland China.
Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse where the AI Bear is available to ensure the fastest delivery.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on availability and fulfillment locations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A $9 processing fee applies.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may refer to our [Refund & Return Policy] for the next steps.

If you entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at care@ebloma.com within 24 hours to update it.

Damaged or Missing Items

Each AI Bear is packed with care. However, if your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@ebloma.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge or assist you with the return process.

Additional Notes

  • Natural disasters, customs inspections, and unforeseen logistics disruptions may cause delays.

  • While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we’re committed to ensuring your EBLOMA AI Bear reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
